Fire Protection, HVAC & Utilities

We supply, install, test and commission the equipment that keeps buildings safe, comfortable and running. Equipment is selected to suit the design and the approved drawings, then installed and tested on site by our own teams.

Fire Protection Products

Fire detection, suppression and fire-fighting equipment selected for the hazard and the applicable code. Every system is tested before handover and the fire NOC inspection.

  • Fire pump sets (electric, diesel & jockey)

    We supply and install main and standby pump sets with controllers and header piping, then run performance tests at commissioning.

  • Sprinkler heads, alarm & zone valves

    We select heads by hazard class and ceiling type, and fit alarm and zone control valves with flow and tamper switches.

  • Fire hydrant valves & hose reels

    We install landing valves, external hydrants and first-aid hose reels on wet risers and ring mains for fire-fighting access.

  • Gas detection & suppression systems

    We install clean-agent and CO₂ suppression with detection for server rooms, panel rooms and archives.

  • Fire alarm & PA systems

    We install detectors, manual call points, fire alarm panels and voice evacuation speakers, and test every device.

  • Fire extinguishers

    We supply and mount portable extinguishers of the right type and rating for each area of the building.

Fire Protection Systems service details

HVAC Equipment

Cooling, air handling, ventilation and smoke extraction equipment sized from a heat-load study. We supply, install, balance and commission the full system, not just the main units.

  • Air-cooled & water-cooled chillers

    We install chillers with chilled-water pumps, headers and controls, and commission them with the rest of the plant.

  • AHUs & FCUs

    We supply and install air handling and fan coil units with the right filtration, fresh-air arrangement and controls for each space.

  • VRF/VRV outdoor & indoor units

    We install multi-zone VRF systems with refrigerant piping, pressure and vacuum testing, and controller setup.

  • Fresh air & ventilation fans

    We fit fresh-air, supply and exhaust fans for offices, plant rooms, kitchens, toilets and production areas.

  • Smoke extraction systems

    We install smoke exhaust fans, dampers and ducting for basements, corridors and escape routes.

  • Ductwork, grilles & insulation

    We fabricate and install AC, ventilation and fresh-air ducts with insulation, then balance air quantities at each outlet.

Utility Equipment

Plant utility equipment and distribution networks sized from the demand at each user point. Lines are pressure tested and flushed before they are connected to production.

  • Air compressors, dryers & receivers

    We install compressed air plants with dryers, receivers and distribution piping sized for steady pressure.

  • Boilers & hot water generators

    We install steam and hot water generation equipment with insulated distribution lines and condensate return.

  • Cooling water pumps & piping

    We supply and install cooling water pumps, headers and piping for process and HVAC equipment.

  • Gas manifolds & storage

    We install CO₂, N₂, O₂ and LPG storage, manifolds and distribution piping with the required safety devices.

  • Diesel storage & day tanks

    We install diesel storage tanks, day tanks, transfer pumps and fuel piping for generators and boilers.

From the HT incomer to the final light fitting and the low-voltage networks that run the building, we supply, install and test the equipment that carries power and signals safely through a site.

Electrical Power Products

HT and LT equipment, distribution and emergency power. Each panel is inspected and tested at site before it is energised and handed over.

  • HT panels, RMUs & transformers (33 kV / 11 kV)

    We install HT switchgear, ring main units and transformers, then carry out insulation, contact resistance and breaker timing tests.

  • LT panels, MCCs & APFC panels

    We supply, install and test main LT panels, motor control centres and power factor correction panels.

  • Busducts, cables & cable trays

    We install busducts, power cables and cable trays, properly supported, glanded, terminated and earthed.

Water

PHE & Water Treatment

Water supply, drainage and treatment systems laid out for steady pressure, safe discharge and easy maintenance. Lines are pressure tested and plants are commissioned against their design flow and quality.

Plumbing, sanitary, water supply and drainage equipment for commercial and industrial buildings.

  • Hydro-pneumatic & booster pumps

    We supply and install pump sets with pressure vessels and controls to hold steady water pressure on every floor.

  • Hot, cold & steam water supply piping

    We lay CPVC, GI, SS or HDPE supply lines as specified, with isolation valves, and pressure test each section.

  • SWR (soil, waste & rainwater) piping

    We install soil, waste, vent and rainwater lines to correct gradients, with inspection chambers and cleaning access.

  • Rainwater harvesting systems

    We install recharge pits, filters and storage so rainwater is collected and reused on site.

  • Sanitary fixtures & fittings

    We fit WCs, washbasins, urinals, sinks and taps, and check every point for leaks and flow at handover.

Treatment plants and filtration equipment sized for the daily flow and the quality the site needs.

  • Sewage treatment plants (STP)

    We supply and install STPs with treated water storage so the water can be reused for flushing and landscaping.

    We install ETPs designed for the process effluent so discharge stays within the pollution control norms.

  • Water treatment plants (WTP)

    We install WTPs that treat raw water to the quality needed for drinking or process use.

  • RO plants & softeners

    We supply and install RO skids, softeners and dosing systems with treated water storage.

  • Pressure sand & carbon filters

    We install filtration vessels with backwash piping and controls ahead of RO and storage.
