Sectors

Sectors We Engineer For

From high-bay warehouses to critical healthcare and data facilities — the requirements we plan for and the services that deliver them.

Warehouses & Logistics Parks — MEP installation

Warehouses & Logistics Parks

Large warehouse sheds combine tall storage, long cable runs and big open floor areas, so fire protection, lighting and power have to be planned around the racking layout and the goods stored. A good installation protects the stored commodity, lights the aisles evenly and leaves room to change the layout as tenants and operations change.

  • Sprinkler protection matched to storage height and commodity, such as ceiling-only ESFR or in-rack sprinklers where the hazard requires it
  • High-bay LED lighting with uniform lux levels across aisles, docks and yards
  • Fire pump room, hydrant ring main and hose reels sized for the full site
  • LT distribution, dock-level power points and earthing for long sheds
Manufacturing & Process Plants — MEP installation

Manufacturing & Process Plants

Factories and process plants run heavy motor loads, utilities such as compressed air and cooling water, and areas with higher fire risk. The MEP installation has to keep production running, protect people and equipment, and be easy for the plant maintenance team to operate and isolate safely.

  • HT intake, transformer and LT panels sized for motor loads, with selective protection
  • MCCs, APFC panels and earthing designed for the connected machinery
  • Fire hydrant and sprinkler protection for production, stores and utility areas
  • Plant utilities such as compressed air, cooling water, steam and process water
Commercial Buildings & IT Parks — MEP installation

Commercial Buildings & IT Parks

Offices and IT parks are occupied for long hours, change tenants often and are judged on comfort, lighting quality and running costs. The services need to be efficient, zoned so floors can be fitted out separately, and coordinated tightly with false ceilings and architecture.

  • Chilled-water or VRF air conditioning with fresh-air control, zoned by floor or tenant
  • LED panel lighting with glare control and separate lighting and power DBs per floor
  • Sprinkler and hydrant systems coordinated with ceilings and fit-out changes
  • Water supply, booster pumps and toilet blocks sized for occupancy
Hospitals & Healthcare — MEP installation

Hospitals & Healthcare

Hospitals run around the clock and cannot afford unplanned shutdowns, so power, air and water systems need redundancy and careful planning for work in live buildings. Air quality, infection control and safe evacuation of patients shape almost every MEP decision.

  • Dedicated air handling with suitable filtration for operation theatres, ICUs and isolation areas
  • Reliable power with changeover arrangements for critical loads
  • Sprinkler, hydrant and compartment-friendly fire protection for occupied wards
  • Hot and cold water, drainage and sanitary systems that are easy to clean and maintain
Data Centres — MEP installation

Data Centres

Data centres carry dense, continuous IT loads, so the power chain and cooling plant must be dependable and maintainable without taking the facility down. Testing and documentation before handover matter as much as the installation itself.

  • HT switchgear and transformers tested and commissioned before energisation, with UPS and DG backup
  • LT panels, busways and distribution arranged for planned redundancy
  • Precision or chilled-water cooling sized for the IT heat load
  • Fire protection chosen to limit water damage, such as pre-action sprinklers where suitable
Pharma & Clean Rooms — MEP installation

Pharma & Clean Rooms

Pharmaceutical and clean-room facilities depend on controlled temperature, humidity, filtration and room pressure, and every change has to be documented. The HVAC and utilities must hold steady conditions day after day and support the validation work the client carries out.

  • AHUs with staged filtration and terminal HEPA filters as the room class requires
  • Room pressure cascades, temperature and humidity control with clear records
  • Chilled-water plant, RO water and process utilities sized for production loads
  • Clean, reliable power and earthing for process equipment and controls
Hotels & Hospitality — MEP installation

Hotels & Hospitality

Hotels and service apartments need quiet, comfortable rooms, steady hot and cold water on every floor and fire safety that suits round-the-clock occupancy. Services have to fit within tight shafts and ceilings and be easy for the engineering team to look after without disturbing guests.

  • Hot and cold water supply, booster pumps and well-graded drainage
  • Wet riser, hydrant, sprinkler and fire alarm systems as required for the building
  • VRF or central air conditioning with fresh air matched to room use
  • CCTV, PA, access control and BMS for guest safety and building operation

One Accountable Team

Every Discipline, One Contractor

Fire protection, HVAC, electrical & ELV, utilities, PHE and water treatment are engineered and installed by the same team, so services are coordinated on site instead of clashing.
